• Not representation. We never file anything, and never contact an authority for you.
• Not affiliated with the Italian government or any consulate.
• Not a promise of any outcome. Decisions belong to the authorities and the courts.

Where a situation genuinely needs a lawyer, the product says so rather than hiding it. A line passing through a woman before 1948 is the clearest example.

Refunds

Thirty days from purchase, in full, for any reason. Send one email and it is done. No form, no call, no explanation required.

Your responsibility

You confirm every value the document tool reads before it is used. You decide whether your facts meet the rules we publish. You choose whether and when to file.

Use of the material

It is for you and your family. Please do not resell it or republish it. The letter templates are yours to send freely.

Limits

The law here moved three times in 2026 and one question is still open before the EU Court of Justice. We publish what is settled, what is not, and the date we last checked. Our total liability is limited to what you paid.
